I am being harassed by a company called Credit Card Services. On the order of 2-4 times a week I get phone calls offering me a lower interest rate on my credit cards. Its always a taped message where you have to type in a number to speak with a representative. I have done that several times and explained that I dont want their services and instead want to be taken off their call list. Our phone number is already on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, and I tell them this. I checked with the bank. They arent authorizing these calls. I have written a complaint letter to the FTC and have even contacted my Congressman about the matter. Nothing I have done has helped and the calls continue. I am ready to pull out my hair! Anybody else have this problem? I WELCOME SUGGESTIONS!
