I am furious!!!!!! Kmart has absolutely pushed me to a point where I could just about slap everyone in customer service!!!!! I made my payment twice online for my layaway. It popped up showing thank you for you payment, payment confirmed yada yada... Then when I checked my bank account still nothing was coming through so I call the store no maam your lay away is being dropped because you didnt make a payment??! Excuse me yes I did!! So I call the 1-800 number to straighten things up... so lady on the line says oh well your payments were late so u have to go to the store and fix it! Your kidding me right?! The only reason its late is because of u people! She proceeded to tell me that there was nothing I could do and that there is no way its their fault... So instead of wasting my gas to go down there (35 minute drive mind you) and fix THIER problem, I guess I will just go down there to get my money back and pay a stupid fee to do it because Im so irritated with how poor their help was. So I can either get all my money back an start over my law away at Walmart which Im pretty sure is no longer going on or just suck it up and give these people satisfaction... Oh and p.s. If these payments Ive made decide to finally go through afterwards I might just need bail money too!
