I am learning so much about the English language today. My newest - TopicsExpress

I am learning so much about the English language today. My newest lesson comes from another member of the Congressional Black Caucus, Marcia Fudge. Marcia is really in a stew about criticism of UN Ambassador and serial liar Susan Rice who claimed the Benghazi terror attacks were caused by a film featuring a stuffed teddy bear named Mohammad. Fudge declared that any attacks on Rice are "horridly and unspeakably racist", When Fudge could not find a particular word in the criticism that could be deemed racist, she responded that every single word used to criticize Rice was "code speech". “If the language is being used to criticize a black person then we must deem such language to be irreparably and irrevocably racist,” Fudge said. Then Ms. Fudge loses me in a convoluted explanation of her previous sentence. You need to grasp onto something when reading this; it may make you dizzy. Fudge said, “Every word that is used to disguise the racist intentions of a racist political movement must be deemed a racist code word disguising the true racist intentions of the racists who make use of them.” Lost in the alliteration, I have decided that I need to contact Rep Clyburn for some translation help. One thing I do know however is that it is exceedingly inappropriate even to think about criticizing a black person since apparently they must be infallible. Could it be that I am well on my way to becoming a liberal?
