I am looking for Transportation Sales person with min 5-6 yrs exp CTC 4-5.5 lpa Job purpose of Transportation Sales Key duties/responsibilities of Transportation Sales Collaborates with team on pricing decisions, the selection of supplier and timing of shipments Focuses on selling the core products, modes and services of their branch Participates in face-to-face meetings, typically partnering with a more senior sales representative Transitions account or may handle operational execution (sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, problem-solving, manage issues, and other tasks as required) of the business Works with manager in forecasting, business planning, and strategy Solicit new business through phone (inbound & outbound) sales Service sales calls with potential and current customers Explain the details of Center’s services including: truckload, less than truckload, intermodal, rail to potential customers Recommend changes to current customers regarding their transportation needs Solicit new accounts by contacting potential customers to persuade them to use services Explain the details of services to potential customers Financial management and account receivables Provide rate quotes to customers for services Recommend changes to current customers regarding their transportation needs Prepare sales contacts for new accounts Manage logistic information systems Independently generating new sales revenue for the team they support Majority of time spent managing customer interactions: prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, making customer calls, and closing deals To apply in confidence please email your CV to shetty.resham@gmail Regards, Preeti 9004138016
