I am no expert - I am simply a 41 year old Mother of 2 trying to do my best. No Impact Needed. Slides you can use at home include - paper plates or dish towels if you are on the hardwood floors. Remember I had to work my way up for 2 months to have the core strength but IF I CAN DO IT -- CAN you.
