I am not a console gamer but I do have a SONY PS3 for BD discs and to use a media server including Netflix and DLNA from my home NAS. SONY, I am disappointed in the quality of your PS3 line. I have now had three PS3 units that have all died shortly after the one year warranty. The first just quit working, perhaps power supply, second had the yellow light of death and now my third unit will not stay connected to the home network / dlna server. Until recently the PS3 was the only non-homemade device that was a BD player, Netflix streamer and DLNA media server in one that worked well .... that has changed. Microsoft Xbox One may be the new replacement. Sorry to go SONY - Ex loyal SONY fan.
