I am not a doctor- but I have a lot of helpful information and things to consider so Im putting them in a list- these are all things I have learned from my Doctor, and personal experience. 1) Did you know there are theories that suggest schizophrenia could be created by a virus? Particularly Epstein Barre? A blood test will tell you if you have this. If you do, the Royal Rife Machine is a sound frequency emitter that kills viruses, parasites, and even helps with mental ailments. I have used it and experienced healing in many ways. These are crucial to know about in order to see what the imbalance is. 3) Lithium Oratate is a non-toxic, low dose Lithium that can be taken over the counter- and its simply been lost from our food sources over the years in certain regions of the US. Lithium carbonate is the toxic one, whom people are prescribed in toxic doses. Check out the video for more details. https://youtube/watch?v=ijMbycw2boM 4) Did you know 5-HTP is the direct precursor to serotonin? It works best with L-Tyrosine which stimulates dopamine, but also helps the HTP work. Getting the urine test for neurotransmitters will help you see if this is something your Doctor thinks you should try. My doctor is Naturopathic- and prescribed me these things. They helped tremendously. I take 5-HTP 150mg, and L-tyrosine 1500mg, up to 4x a day. 5) Finally I wanted to mention ADAPTOGENS. Many people are lacking these due to having low lithium levels from birth or from not having the amount naturally occuring in dirnking water. That alone can cause Schizophrenia, OCD, Neurological problems, etc. Rhodiola Rosea is a super adaptogen, and I take 1500mg up to 3 times a day. These are not suggestions. Just my experiences with useful herbs. I am not suggesting anyone quit their medication- just that you research other ways you can nourish your body while staying on meds if you need them.
