I am not one to post Facebook rants, but this one has to go up to warn people against Dealizle. I have never spoken to such an arrogant person who is supposedly a customer service agent. A few weeks ago I ordered a mirror worth 399 aed on dealizle. In all fairness ,I have ordered from them once before but didnt have this problem. Maybe coz they were small items. The mirror arrived cracked , which I saw while the delivery guy was just outside my door. I called him to take it back but he refused. I didnt c the point as he was right there and I thought it would save us all an extra trip if he could jus give my cash back and take the mirror then and there .He said it was policy that I register a complaint and then they would come get it and give me a replacement. I called the number several times to at least let them know. No one answered. Sent messages on Facebook. Again nothing. Wrote on their wall finally as politely as possible, nothing again. Finally wrote a more precise post on their wall and got in boxed asking me what was wrong. After telling them thy said they would get back to me and send the replacement which again there was no news. Finally they sent it....to my old address!!!!!! After they called they were given the right address and asked to deliver it but in spite to being in town with the product the guy refused to come to the right address.whjch was one they knew, having delivered the previous mirror. Again a series of correspondence in boxed on Facebook took place. Finally today I got a call from the security asking me to come down as the guy who was delivering it said it was too heavy for him to carry!!!!! A guy who was twice my size!!!! He wanted me to carry the mirror stand and bring it down to him and take my replacement! !!! If it had already not reached boiling point and if he had been polite I might have managed to somehow drag the thing down. However i refused and for the umpteenth time called the number from dealizle which for a change was ringing without ending in a msg in malayalam. For a wonder it was answered. ...By the most rude and arrogant man named Mark, that I have ever encountered. He jus said hello and went hmm, hmm, hmmmm, over me telling him wht was happening at that time. I finally asked him if he was interested in having this conversation or not. He asked me what I wanted??!!!! I told him the entire thing ending with the behaviour of the delivery guy. At dat moment the guy came upstairs getting one of the maintainence guys from the building to carry the mirror and take the defective one back.!!!! While I was tellingpolite Mr Mark this , he finally told me after a big huff, that he he heard all I said ,now I have to listen to him, according to him they all are the only company that does does a free replacement???!!! (For defective goods that they are selling in the first place???!!!) And no one Ans my numerous all because they all are all very busy. They are a 5 year old company and they get loads of calls (on the only number this supposedly great company has put up on their website) so I asked him if you guys are such an established company shouldnt you have more customer service agents with more numbers??? To which he gave e yet another huff!!!! I lost it then I asked him why did he keep doing that, as a customer service agent this isnt how he should behave!!! to which he asked me ok what do you want now , what is the point of this conversation!!!!! Wow!!! I was jus amazed, I told him I am in in the same industry, airlines in fact and I cant ever imagine being like this even if I wanted to, to a guest. .. To which he said I dont think ur (in the airline industry ie)....dat was it .I told him I want to end the conversation and going to Check the mirror the his guy left and ran. I would have jus prefer ed the money back to end all this, to which he jus snapped that fine we will jus return ur money, dont open the box or or it will be hard for our delivery guys. I told him I had actually resealed the other box to make it easy for his delivery guys. finally he said he will send the money on Saturday to which i said no as I will not be home. Now the Final sms I sent this extremely rude man is to kindly send my money back on Sunday between 1700-2000....lets c how long that takes! !! Am stunned!!!! Just stunned how rude he was!!! I have ordered from Groupon and namshi before and they have amazing customer service!!!!This was just shit!!!!!! day ruined! !
