I am not used to speaking up and drawing attention, but this afternoon I had to do it. I was in my vehicle about to leave the Cellcom parking lot when a young guy in an SUV pulled up next to me. He stops his vehicle and goes inside Cellcom, and when I look over at his vehicle, I see all the windows rolled up, with a PUPPY inside. I stayed there for a few minutes to see if he would come back, but when he didnt and the puppy started yiping, I went inside Cellcom. I told the clerk about it , and I made sure that I was loud enough for the whole store to hear me. The guy then pipes up, Yeah, thats my vehicle, I had the air conditioner on, and its cold in there. I had to keep the windows shut or hell get out. Its 40 degrees in there. This puppy could not have been more than 8 weeks old, and the guy didnt leave the vehicle running so I said, you could have kept the windows open a crack and walked out. It was hard to do since I am on the quieter side, but I knew I would have felt worse if I didnt say or do anything.
