I am officially beginning to look into culinary schools in my area. Tomorrow I am going to be talking to a company here in town to find my best options. Not sure whats going to take place. Praying the classes will be here in town as I wont be able to travel to indy. Scary being 26 and thinking about starting over.. It would be added to the list of what Ive accomplished before my health began to rebel. I love to cook I really want to learn more to advance my skills. Ive been in the medical field for many years then was in the dental field even a lot longer. Then my body went kerplunk and I now am full time mommy and housekeeper. I love being a mom but being like this and not feeling like Im contributing anything important anymore.. so Im gonna try to get a degree in cooking. Very scary.. I HATE failure so I normally am to afraid to put myself out there. Tomorrow I may change my mind and chicken out. Hoping I dont and I can find the courage and energy to begin this possible new chapter.
