I am often asked about the keys or the secret to success, why am i successful or why do i stand out in an industry that is so full of other trainers etc.... there is a reason certain people stand out or are more successful than others.. its called passion... i believe i am successful because i set out to become the BEST at what i do.. at first it was bodybuilding.. i sacrificed a lot.. i worked 4 jobs at the same time to be able to afford the supplements etc.. my car got stolen so i walked to each of them.. sometimes many many kilometres away but i did it because i wanted to be the BEST and nothing was going to stop me.. by the time i entered my 2nd show i was a South African junior champion.. my 3rd show a world junior champion... passion to succeed and be the best is the common factor amongst those that stand out.. then when it came to training others i did the same thing.. i set out to be the BEST.. i burried myself in books and learning.. i finished a years PT course in a little under 3 weeks, i wrote all exams one after the other in one day.. once i was a PT i set aside time every week to study to further my knowledge and learn from every available reputible resource i could find .. i worked with the best trainers and coaches in the country.. at one stage for 6 months while i launched my online coaching i didnt sleep for more than 3 hours per 24 hours.. i had no other choice, there was no plan B... the reason i could? Passion... set out to be the best you can be and you too will stand out and be one of the few rather than one of the many...
