I am on day 5 of my sugar/ carb detox/ high fat diet. Here is why... Directly from Weston A Price journal: "...why we find sugar so irritable. The worst thing they found out about soda is consuming it does not cause you to eat less- the extra calories are invisible." Do not be afraid of fat! Bacon, butter, cream, coconut oil... They are all great sources of appetite suppressants and will cause you to not crave sugar! I testify to this, because I have not one sweet tooth, but many.
