I am participating in the Fight for Air Climb – Providence on Saturday, February 22, 2014, benefitting the American Lung Association. It’s a vertical stairclimb that will challenge me and my teammates to climb 25 floors of Omni Providence Hotel. It won’t be easy but I’m doing it for the thousands of people affected by lung disease in our community. I am climbing for: • Research that will cure lung disease. • Those who can’t quit smoking and those who shouldn’t start. • Lungs that burn from exercise, not ozone pollution. • Asthma education to stop fatal attacks in children. • Laws that improve air quality, both indoors and out. • All those who can’t.
