I am pretty sure someone moved out of there house on South North St. And left there poor dog in back yard. I fed and watered him today. I just dont understand how people can do these things. The police department said they knew who owned the property and would get a message to the Fayette DogWarden or Fayette County humane society. The poor thing was so hungry. All he has to get out of weather is a wired crate with a tarp around it and some straw inside. Ill check on him again in morning and feed and water him.
