I am sure some of you are not sure what to make of these past 2 posts regarding tile making using dies instead of using basic plaster molds....if you keep watching I think it will become more clear! What is important in this picture is the plain field tile that is my prototype for making the new die. The new die will be able to make several dozen of these tiles in an hour and this is the fastest and most precise way to make tiles. This is called air release tile making. Now I will be able to make plain field tiles for your backsplash! Stay tuned....pictured of the new die will be next!!!
