I am thankful for being raised to appreciate all types of music. I LOVE MUSIC! It brings me down when I am climbing walls, makes me happy, makes me sad or just makes me feel. We grew up listening to Al Jarreau, George Benson, George Shearing, The Crusaders, Donny Hathaway and Roberta Flack. We also heard playing in the house Standards by Gershwin or Cole Porter. Those experiences bringing made me appreciate all types of music now; country, rock, jazz, blues, etc. It kept my world open; thanks Mom:-). Here is a video of the late great Donny Hathaway.
