I am the most dis-satisfied COGECO Customer right now and i am not happy with the way your Customer Service Staff handle customers...my account was over by 170 GB being charged $192.77 for internet usage in Jan (most of the downloads/uploads happened on Jan 26 ,27, 28, 29, 30, 31 Feb 1,2,3, and the 4th) so i called in on Feb 27 when i received my Jan Bill i called in and spoke to a CS rep who transferred me to a Tech Rep who then transferred me back to a CS rep who i spoke with and said i dunno why it was over i never used that much and then her response was obviously you used it! with a very snotty voice so i asked to be transferred to a manager she then transferred me to a Tech Supervisor!! who was going to credit me back the amount and his attitude was no better. Now i have Feb. bill in front of me and appartently the one month was credited back not Feb. so i called in again today.. the first lady i spoke to was GREAT! but then got transferred to a Tech Supervisor again (a different one) but he said it was a one time credit that they could not credit me back the Feb Bill cause it is a one time refund. so now i have another $129.48 fee and i would like to speak to a manager or higher and the supervisor said that i can speak back to the person that i spoke to in the first place or have a supervisor call me back in 12 hours... Im sorry i would like someone to call me back NOW! What i would like done is have this charge waived and a Senior manager call me ASAP this is no way to treat a customer!!! 289-808-9457
