I am very excited about the month of August. My plan for August is to celebrate wives exclusively and unapologetically. I will compile inspirational quotes from wives who were featured in previous issues of I do Magazine, few general quotes from different people around the word and Mrs. B life realistic quotes. Some of the quotes will be featured in one of my books titled – The passionate wife. The main aim of my August plan is to encourage and inspire wives. I believe wives deserve to be celebrated exclusively, not only to be bombarded by fear, negativity and depressing advises. A wife needs to fall in love with her new role and title; she needs to be given a chance to redefine herself as a wife. My being a passionate wife isn’t about relying on anybody but myself and God. I am Mrs. Buthelezi whether people like it or not and I am not planning to apologise for my choice. I fully understand that the person I have full control over is myself and it is for this reason I must be able to express myself clearly to my partner. My role is not shaken by my husband’s actions, as I don’t have control over him. That is why it is important that you define it yourself and plan on how you are going to enjoy and maintain the attitude of gratitude without being distracted by the chaos. You validate yourself, you claim your position as a wife with grace and you embrace THE BRAND WIFE with passion. My quotes will not accommodate ABUSE of any kind – abuse is abuse whether it is practised by a wife or husband. I might touch on signs , abuse triggers and what to do. I am only available for interviews if I have to speak about being a wife or to wives.
