I barely ever comment on a celebrity deaths or share my opinions on debatable subjects, but the news of Robin Williams death kind of took me aback. People die every day. Wonderful people. People who have fought for our country. Moms. Dads. Sisters. Brothers. Unfortunately for celebrities, their death is publicized which can be unfair. But to hear that someone who has brought joy to so many others, who I admired, has been suffering from depression and mental disease is, eye opening. To hear that this person who has brought laughter to so many people apparently committed suicide is heartbreaking. But people everyday suffer from mental disease. And we, as people, put a stigma on that... crazy insane needs help. Now Im no expert on mental disease, but I have lost friends to suicide. And I always wondered if I made them feel comfortable, to just reach out, instead of lock their feelings inside, maybe things would be different. Mental disease isnt something we should be hush hush about. Wonderful people suffer from it every day. Maybe its time to start understanding. Start really paying attention. RIP Robin Williams- youre only given a little spark of madness. You mustnt lose it.
