I became conscientious of the food I eat about one year ago after a trip full of revelations. After experimenting with vegetarianism and veganism, I have settled into a plant based diet (as organic as possible) with a special emphasis on avoiding processed foods/red meat and have retained a general mindfulness about what I put into my body. Since then, I have only suffered 2 colds, both of which were defeated within 48 hours. No strep throat, no bronchitis, no flu (without vaccination), no diarrhea, no head aches, no heart burn, nothing. If you are someone who gets sick often I would suggest stop treating the symptoms of your ill health and start treating the causes. You are what you eat!!
