I believe I have my schedule made for me to loose weight ! As of August 1, 2014.... I weigh 285 lbs, my goal is to loose 50 lbs, by December 31st. I hope and pray that it dont take that long but for me to loose what I lost 3 years ago took me a Ur to loose and gained I all back with in Two years. Anyway, on my workout days I will be doing 40-45 minute Zumba workouts, and on my rest days Ill will be doing a 30 min walk in morning and 30 minute walk in evening. I hope and pray this works. I have got to loose weight :)
