I birded Sheridan Drive (the road that connects Sheridan Park and Warnimont Park) in Milwaukee County this morning and found about thirty species without walking more than a block. Highlights included two Red-breasted Nuthatches, a cooperative Philadelphia Vireo, Red-eyed Vireo, an empid Flycatcher, Chestnut-sided, Yellow-rumped, Nashville, and a few other warblers, plus a Coopers Hawk, Blue Jay, and plenty of chickadees.
