I came to this AWESOME realization the other day. I havent been SICK in over a YEAR!! No sniffles, no flus, no coughs, no major illnesses! I was trying to think what the determining factor, and I was trying to think of what was happening about a year ago, and I realized I was taking control of my health! I was starting to eat clean and started drinking Shakeology consistently! I have to give credit to nutrition- when your nutrition is healthy your body can actually have a proper immune system and keep you go go going! Thank you Shakeology® and clean foods for helping me stay alive and well! Oh and HAPPY, been the happiest Ive ever been as well in this past year.
