I can not believe that people are still stuck in traffic because of the truck fire on the crosstown bridge. This fire occurred 3-4 hours ago. Whats worse is that people are low on gas, hungry, have to relieve themselves, thirsty, missing appointments etc. As long as there have been roads, as long as there have been wrecks and traffic backups as a result of these wrecks, dont you think there would be a system in place where emergency personnel would provide necessary items and facilities to these stranded people. Its like were in the Stone Age. Pathetic!
