: I can now get to my desk chair at home without having to step over stacks of books; I can get from said chair to four of seven bookcases with little difficulty (the active stacks; the other three are long-term storage); and, in the living room, I have improved the chances of escape in an emergency by clearing a secondary path of ingress-egress. AND, I have my reading in hand and sorted for the remainder of the semester, including an exegesis paper on Micah 2:1-5 and a sermon on Amos 4:1-5. And the dishes are caught up. And the laundry. All while a cloud of melancholia hovered and harassed. Before nightfall, the Lord willin and the creek dont rise, Ill have my reading done for class Thursday. I had to take a day off work, but hey, I had a day to take; and Im thankful. Amen.
