I can tell ya this much after mowin the yard yesterday my allergies and sinuses were kickin! I was havin sinus pressure and pain got hot and heavy on my honey , apple cider vinegar, lemon and a dash of cayenne pepper. Did that yesterday 3 times and 3 times today and I must say I no longer have the sinus pain and the pressure is almost gone. I still sound a bit hoarse but I think by tomorrow it will be gone.
