I cant express how much I am exceedingly proud of the people God has brought into my life personally and professionally. Many times the two overlap and work isnt work anymore, its a calling. This weekend a 20 year old young lady showed me, an almost forty year old grown man, how to lose gracefully by her response to a less than expected outcome at the Francois. Then I go to church a little down because Im so far away from my own mother on Mothers Day and the beautiful young lady in this clip, Shannon Lee and her vocals stirred me so much I found myself grabbing my phone and recording this moment. It might not seem like a big deal, but I was almost in tears because of how undeservingly fortunate I feel to have two women like this as TheFitbodyRx representatives each on different stages but both living out the vision we had when we started this little dream we call TheFitbodyRx. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Shannon and Sandee and to all my FitbodyRx family for all the kind words here on Facebook and above all, for giving us the honor of being your coaches.
