I cant praise the customer support people at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo Lookout Lodge enough! Not only do they have wheelchair accessible lodges, but they want to make sure all needs are met! I emailed to ask about it, and was told to ring, when I emailed back saying I was nervous about using the phone and so wanted to know the kind of info they would need, they have replied saying not only what info, but that if I would prefer to do it by email that it fine! It making it so much easier for me as Im not getting anxious trying to explain myself. You see so many things about poor customer service from lots of places, so I just wanted to say these have got it so right :D
