I closed today on a very difficult short sale ...it took us a long time to get this done ..2 lienholders ( very , very difficult ) but with the help of the Loan Workout Group it was finally closed ! Thanks so much to the buyers who were very patient and most thanks go to my client who is a senior citizen and prey to predatory lending ( in our opinion ) she worked so hard to keep the docs coming that the banks ask for persistently and sometimes over and over again ! Most Sellers would have thrown in the keys as they say but she was a tough cookie and wouldnt let the big banks defeat her ! THANK YOU again Helen .....I am grateful to have met her and finally together we won against big banking !!!!
