I consult the Holy Spirit. Whatever I do, I consult the Holy Spirit. I know my life could be required tomorrow. It makes no difference how I build up my muscles. It makes no difference of my dietary habits. So I pay more attention, to the Holy Spirit that dwells within me. I invest, in a investment, thats beyond this physical realm. After all, the flesh profits nothing. I check my inner thighs, my grown area, my stomach, my waist, my body weight constants. And the art forms, of my structure, are, very well put together. But what is it all for. I know for me, that my body must be, introduced, to continuous fitness. I dont look at age, I look at condition. And to me, condition begins, in the spirit. For its my spirit, that takes my body around. Things that I dont do, is because, I cant do them, without a conscious conviction. So to be true, to the spirit, of God within me, I wont perform certain acts. If I was able to bypass, my conscious, there are acts that I would like to indulge in. But the price is too high. In the Bible it says, I do things that I dont want to do, and the things that I want to do, I dont do. Well by the grace of God, and the power of the Holy Spirit within me. I do the things, that I know that I should do, and the things I want to do, I dont do them. The price is too high. I come to learn, that following the natural instincts, of our emotions, is more animalistic, then realistic. What I mean by that? God is real. And the realism of His existence, allows you to note that your a spirit. Regardless of our sensory triggering, our emotions. The animalism, of performance, most of the time, has the implication, of the devil. And his adversaries, triggering our movements, in our concepts of thoughts. Im aware of the unseen, that is seen, in the movement of our actions. Satan, the devil, is the Puppet Master. He is not a St, but Lucifer. He is sincerely, a sinner. He is a con artist, in confident. Beware of the con, in confident. And the sin in sincere. The only saint in him, is the St. Bernard. And thats a dog, and hes not coming to your rescue? Hes coming to take your life.
