I cried 16 times today. I had the privilege of watching 16 Veterans accept their award for their participation in this years Veterans History Project. 16 humble heroes shared their stories on how they served our country.expecting nothing in return. Each distinguished Vet approached the podium and stood as tall and proud as they now could as they saluted the honor guard presenting them their award. Happy early Veterans Day to all of our servicemen and women!
