Along with all of the activists who worked so long and hard on it, Humboldt Countys Measure P, our GMO growing ban, won: 59% to 41% with all of Humboldt Countys 107 precincts reporting. Something similar in Maui, however, was defeated by Monsanto who spent more money defeating it than was spent by anybody to fight an initiative in Hawaii. Thank you all so much to the Measure P activists! Now lets take down Monsanto. Why not start by making the first contributions in the nation for a 2016 campaign? Congressman Huffman has now won $350,000 from the taxpayers over the next two years to do nothing more in Congress than to express our values. Huffman will now go four years without getting a single bill passed.
