I did it! Last night I made spaghetti squash for the first time! It was not as hard as I thought! Although, I have no idea how you shred the spaghetti squash when its not cooked. I tried to look up ways to do it, but every recipe out there says to roast the squash first. So thats what I ended up doing. As I was researching, I came across this awesome video on how to cut the spaghetti squash safely! I admit, I had Eddie cut it for me last night, but I was super worried he was going to cut himself on my incredibly sharp knife I have.
