I did not want to make this public but I have been left with no choice! I am in dispute with another business who is using my name La Bonita, and has been since last year. The name La Bonita is trademarked by me meaning it is MY property! I tried contacting this individual last year but got nowhere! On the advise of my lawyer I contacted Facebook to report trademark infringement which resulted in this other page being shut down. Tonight I have been the subject of a hate campaign after this other business owner posted details on her page. This post contains many threats towards me and also contains my address! I am professional enough not to name this other person or any of her details! PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT GOING TO BE BULLIED OR THREATENED!! I now have pathetic individuals leaving nasty comments and fake reviews on my page thinking it will affect me! IT WILL NOT!!! All of my loyal clients know me and know I am very good at my job. That is enough for me! If I need to I will take this further and I appreciate my clients bearing with me in the meantime. Oh and anyone who is on my page for all the wrong reasons. Feel free to remove yourself!
