I did two ~15 min PiYo workouts today and feel great: Define Upper & Lower Body! Saw my chiropractor afterwards and she said my frozen shoulder is almost gone... all the adhesions in the joint capsule are virtually non-existant with just a few little glitches. I get acupuncture, cupping, chiro adjustments & Graston technique to help those muscle fibers remember how to work and repair the adhesions that accumulated during the last year. My PiYo exercise (Yes! the triceps pushups are great for hydrating the muscles and getting blood flow going) I biked to see my lovely chiro and then to the clinic. Feeling very buff & healthy!
