I do realise!!! i might be setting myself up for a major response probably mainly negative - but here goes. I am not looking forward to Sunday. Win lose or draw i do not look forward to Arsenal v Tottenham games and vica versa as they are so hateful!. When i worked for Islington Council 2 of my best friends were Tottenham fans, Alan Koslowski and Gary Murrell and we always shared great wind ups and gentle banter. In my experience i have met groups of Arsenal fans who have their sole Tottenham fan with them who is a genuine friend and part of the group and in the exact same way groups of Tottenham fans. What is the point of being a fan if you cannot have a fan of the opposite club to sound off against. If you know your Arsenal history, the 2 clubs go way back together. For example - during the second World war The Arsenal could not play at Highbury as it was used as a anti-aircraft gun inplacement, and during the unofficial league during the war The Arsenal played their home games at White Hart Lane. I dearly hope that there is no violence on Sunday - life is too short to be hateful.
