I do think its mockingly funny when people hold different standards for themselves vs others. This article is correct. When Medicare Part D (the prescription benefit plan for Medicare) that was rolled out under Bush/Cheney under the Medicare Modernization Act, it took 6 months for the major glitches to get worked through. Patients were tremendously confused - didnt know how to enroll - how to select a plan - what was covered - etc. Pharmacists didnt get reimbursed for 90-120 days vs the normal 7-30 days. It took almost a year to sort it all through. And that we incredibly more simple than what went into effect a couple weeks ago. Political mud slinging is getting tiring.
