I dont ask forgiveness of any type when I repost these disappointing, present/historical, painful & real reminders of injustice. They are uncomfortable for anyone to watch I hope. I see my students in #michaelbrown #trayvonmartin #oscargrant #kendrickjohnson #ramarleygraham #jonathanferrell #scotsboroboys. I see my godsons in #tamarrice #patrickreid #emmittill. Video or no video historically repeatedly america shouts and taunts that systemically america does not believe that #blacklivesmatter . Set aside political sociological ecomocical ideology (after defining &understanding it from a global, objective, non-egoðnocentric pov) and think humanity...wld u continue to justify the monsters of ferguson, tulsa, tuskeegee, oakland, florida, etc) what about the situ not caught on tape (but we know tapes mean nothing.) Note I am fairly diverse. I am BlackKorean Spanish, math& sped teacher with an array of friends &acquaintances & injustice is injustice. I used to think we must Set aside fear & shame... yet when we address fear &shame of these historically present indignities & atrocicities maybe we will be a true one human race. All black blasian latino asian white, indigenous, international people could reevaluate their stance & seek to understand b4 judging & openly sharing what I deem as racist or racially insensitive ideology.
