I dont know about the other smokers of the BBQ but for me its all about that smile.I mean that smile you get when the wife tells the husband it was worth the drive from Lake Mcqueeny . I mean that smile you get from that person who has meant to stop by for a year and never was able to pull in the shack.That smile usually come when they come back for the second time that day. The smile you get from that gentleman who takes a bite and memory lane is flooded from days with the guys around the pit. That smile you get from that 13 year old young un that tries that stuffed burger and realizes that the jalapeno was spicy but not really hot. That smile you get from the crowd when I am making a Bodacious!! That one is priceless..Jawdropping priceless. The best ones may be from the skeptics ....just not sure what to expect from a small shack out in the middle of nowhere. I know the best best one for sure.The smile I get on my face after seeing each and everyone of these. That is what its all about folks. its a tough job ,but honestly tell me when do you get to go to work and see that each and every day? I may not get a Mercedes from cooking BBQ but I do get something that money cant buy...real real smiles. Mike Jones
