I dont know how many of you know but the shop is like my husbands baby, and it is truly our goal to provide our customers the best experience. We were just recently faced with a situation where we hired an artist who claimed to have multiple portfolios, but then stated they were lost in a bon fire. We knew this individual had previous shop experience so we took their word and trusted in them. However some red flags started arising and then we had a customer who was tattooed by this individual leave a review on our like page stating the artist was incompetent and had no clue what they were doing and he stated he had his tattoo covered immediately. This really upset my husband and we had to fire this employee. Now I know that we are partially to blame, and I also know that most people wouldnt want to admit to this. However, it was a fabulous lesson learned for the both of us, and because we pride ourselves on honesty and quality we rectified this situation and refunded this poor guy his money!! We can assure you this is not the way our shop will be ran, if you cant produce a quality portfolio we can not have you on our team. We want people to have tattoos they are proud of and want to show off!! So the lesson for you all, is do your research and homework as well before you allow someone to permanently alter your skin!! There arent many shops around who will refund your money. However if you do not care about quality this individual is now tattooing at another local shop and we would love to fix it for you afterwards. Customers review-Patrick Hanifen Owner called me and apologized for my experience at the tattoo shop and explained to me a situation that I experienced that was of no fault to the shop. The owner then refunded me my money and apologized again for what happened. It was great of him to do that, and it proves to me he cares about the shop. I dont know anything about any of the other artists here but im certain they are talented judging by the owners expectations of quality. That being said, Danny and Mike are beyond talented and ready to create that next tattoo that you can be proud of! We also have a very talented piercer can take care of any piercing need or want you may have!! So come see us :)
