I dont know what I need right now, but the sun just come out thats a good start. So a build up of circumstances for the last 2 weeks at this time of the year, is not my best situation. To put my mind body and soul back into its natural state of BEING is my mission. I am over dealing with headaches, pains that remind me of which side of my head impacted in the car. Triggered by histamine reaction, and this old house, time to be hitting the pavement, in do or die fashion.
