I dont understand. Maybe some one can explain. A couple of weeks ago a crew of workers were going around and trimming tree branches from power lines around town. For some reason they didnt get the ones on highway 78 across from the newspaper recycling dumpster at the High Tech Fuel Station. Some of these branches are laying on the power lines. Its only a matter of time whether from a blustery day like today or an ice or snow storm that these lines will be knocked out.
