I dont wear heavy metal t-shirts very often... Its a walk down memory lane for me and a bit of a throw back to part of me that lived and breathed a long time ago in a very different world. But on the very few occasions I choose to wear one of my Iron Maiden T-Shirts it never ceases to amaze me that people talk to you. I had a great conversation about Sonisphere with the woman looking after Sharon in a bank today apparently her bloke was there. I also had a conversation with a man in a shop who apparently went to see them on the Number of the beast tour. This is the same t shirt on the same day. I kinda like it. Its as though people are given the ok to say hello. In truth I now have a 2 Ronnies 4 candles t shirt on and that has had a similar effect .
