I don’t think men realize what it means to a woman when she finds out he is cheating on her. A small innocent part of her dies in that one moment. Her mind and emotions go into an immediate state of panic swamped with a lot of questions. There is the anger that comes from the betrayal itself, the fear of what happens next, the panic from the disbelief as well as the uncertainty of was this the only time especially if it were a long relationship. You even have that slight moment of denial and think this could be some kind of mistake. Then comes the need for answers which funny enough will only hurt you more if it is confirmed. Note all these are emotions you go through when you find out from someone else or going through his phone. It is a totally different thing if you catch him yourself in person, the anger is more than just amplified, you just see red BUT even worse if you know the girl he cheating with! A crime of passion in some countries is defendable by law pity not in South Africa. This is when you walk into a room and find your husband in bed with another woman and a gun is on the table and you shoot them. Its not murder per se because your defence is temporary insanity so you were not in control of your feelings!
