I dunno. All I can say is what Ive experienced in my life. Those who dont have water with fluoride have very, very bad teeth and lose them early. Since we were on a well for 25 years, I gave my kids fluoride tablets. I should have taken them myself. My teeth were good til then. Now I have thousands of dollars invested, but hey! They are ALL mine! My 21 yo son has had only ONE very small cavity. As for me? I have a mouthful of crowns, inlays and more. I had fluoridated water until I was around 33ish. Teeth were good til the well water (which tasted EXCELLENT for 25 years). Now Im paying for it.
