I eat tons of vegetables every day. Probably eat 10 x more than anyone on here (who doesnt do Fighter Diet). Do I personally count this protein? No. What does it mean? I eat tons of protein. Theres a good blood test to run if youre concerned... its the BUN, creatinine and ratio there. weight training breaks down muscle. You need more protein than an average person who doesnt work out or does zumba mostly. BUT you also need lots of vegetables to reduce the negative acid overload you might end up with unless you eat lots of greens. This is why you want to eat lots of greens when you eat lots of protein.
