I fear for the Jews of the United Kingdom. Unless they get out - TopicsExpress

I fear for the Jews of the United Kingdom. Unless they get out there in force and face off the fevered crowd of misinformed imbeciles who call for Israeli blood in huge numbers in cities throughout the country, they may find themselves in the situation where they did too little, too late. But for those who ventured out to stand in solidarity with the Kedem Dead Sea Products shop in Manchesters King Street I will say Kol Hacavod (all credit to you). The stark reality of Jews in the Diaspora became all too clear to me today as an English man marched up to barrier, when I was speaking on the megaphone, and gave me a Nazi salute. All credit to Manchester police who quickly whisked him away and to the sympathetic way they took witness statements. Since I have been here (less than a week) I have now witnessed two blatant anti-Semitic acts. The one today shook me to the core. My husbands late father barely survived Auschwitz. Six million other Jews did not. I would respectfully suggest that the ENTIRE UK Jewish community get out there and show solidarity against the haters, the detractors, the ignorant and those whose own political and idealistic agendas dictate that we JEWS should be vilified and that our JEWISH HOMELAND be demonized. I, for one, will not stand for this. Anti-Semitism and Anti-Zionism is a form of terrorism. Many will look the other way but we Jews dare not.
