I feel like such a good girl. Today, I did something I had been putting off for months, actually years. I completed and submitted my application for life insurance and I filed my last will and testament, including power of attorney and a living will. Taking the Dave Ramseys Financial Peace University class earlier this year was the tipping point to get me motivated to do it. You never know when you might depart this earth and you want to make sure that those that survive you are legally able to fulfill your wishes such as who you want to raise you children and how your money and assets should be distributed. Hopefully this serves as motivation for those of you who have yet to do it, no matter how young you are. It could also save lots of family arguments.
