I feel sometimes people should consult before decide for the community. The constitution is very clear, why is the county government decide for the resident of Mombasa county ? if you say the governor is doing well what do u mean ? is it political or development ? Community empowerment is the only weapon we want to see and transparent and accountability, who decided for the milk ? did stake holders brought on board to suggest. I have the drafted Mombasa county education bill 2014 here with me, the stake holders suggestions did not discuss anything about milk for schools and no where in this bill talking about milk for schools, now whose ideas is it ? Lets respect the constitution and create school programs which will be valuable to schools but not political millage.
