I feel sorry for the Sec DEF...He has been given the almost impossible task of cutting the Budget for the Military while retaining readiness. He is considering cutting pay and benefits for the soldiers. If he does that, the backbone of his military, the e-4s, e-5s, and e-6s, will stop re-enlisting. The last time that happened, the Military had to offer tens of thousands of dollar each to get those folks to re-enlist and they had to revoke the pay and benefit cuts. His only answer is to pull all American Troops back onto American soil and let the world sort it self out. Our Politicians wont like that idea. Cuts into their profit Margin.
